A nonrefundable retainer is required for all extension services. The retainer secures your appointment time and covers the preparation necessary for your installation. The retainer will be applied toward the total investment.

All retainers are nonrefundable. This secures your appointment time and covers the preparation required for your installation.

Clients may reschedule their appointment once with a minimum of seven days’ notice. The retainer will be transferred to the new date.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than seven days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer. A new retainer will be required to book another appointment.

Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer and may affect future booking privileges.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and result in forfeiture of the retainer.
