AYB EXT currently uses Square Appointments for booking. When you book through Square, you may be asked to provide personal information, appointment details, and payment information.
Square Appointments is a third-party platform. AYB EXT is not responsible for technical issues, outages, payment processing errors, or platform policies controlled by Square.
Please review all booking details carefully before confirming your appointment.
4. Retainers, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Certain services may require a nonrefundable retainer to secure your appointment time and cover preparation required for your service.
Retainers, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows are governed by the AYB EXT Retainer & Cancellation Policy.
By booking a service, you agree to review and follow the Retainer & Cancellation Policy.
5. Product Sales, Exchanges, and Refunds
Extension purchases and related product sales may be subject to separate exchange and refund terms.
Product exchanges, final sale terms, shipping responsibilities, manufacturer defects, and warranty limitations are governed by the AYB EXT Exchange & Refund Policy.
